Fourth of July Weekend

We started our fourth of July festivities off with the parade in Rexburg, and then made our way to Blackfoot for a family bbq in the afternoon.  We spent the evening watching the fireworks at the Melaleuca Freedom Celebration on the Idaho Falls Riverwalk with Joseph's family.

Clark wasn't too impressed with the parade

He's still a little nervous about sitting in the grass

Love those chubby legs!

Clark loves his Uncle Wade!

I ran into two church friends from Nazareth on our way to meet up with some of Joseph's friends.

Tanner & Tyson Hemphill, old roommates of Joseph

Clark did awesome watching the fireworks!

Saturday morning we went to a breakfast hosted by a family we go to church with.  They live in the middle of town and have an old buffalo wallow on their property!  It was like a little hidden oasis with paddle boats, a zip line, some slides and a rope swing.  After a morning there, we canoed 14 miles down the Snake River with Joseph's Dad.

Bed head Baby!

...and then he wasn't so happy when he realized I was taking pictures instead of getting him out of the crib!
