My necklaces have been tangled in my jewelry box drawer for too many years now, so I decided to finally do something about it. I went to the D.I. and found this for $2.
After some disassembling of the picture, and putting some other wood as the backing, this piece of framed art turned into a place to hand my necklaces.
I don't recommend any of you trying to cut a piece of plywood with a power tool on your leg, but this is all Joseph had to work with. He can't wait to have his own shop someday!
From the looks of the pictures, you're probably thinking that a "do-it-myself" project was more a "make -him-do-it" project. That is true to some extent, but Joseph is always looking for an excuse to get out his tools so, it became a "do-it-ourselves" project.
