This month, my visiting teachers and I made Halloween pumpkins. They don't look anything like the beautifully and articulately crafted ones we found on pinterest, but we did our best! I was feeling proud of my "bat under the full moon" design when after about 45 minutes I realized I could just make the bat by cutting off the top of the cupcake, cutting it to look like a bat, and then putting it back on the top of the cupcake. Sometimes it takes a while for my creative juices to flow!
The little spider made out of Dot candy, black licorice, and pretzel legs was my favorite!
